are carried in app/RUST-NOTICES.txt. Exact Dart package versions remain in the upstream
pubspec.lock; browser Rust dependency resolutions are checked in at
browser/bull/bdk.Cargo.lock and browser/bull/lwk.Cargo.lock.
Specter DIY's existing build manifests and notices apply to the left-hand
firmware simulator. The browser simulator is a separate integration and is
not a product release or endorsement by the upstream projects.
