    What gets imported?

    Unsafe public test seeds only. Ghost, Zoo, their BIP85 children, two single-signature PSBT examples, one completely unsigned Ghost + Zoo + Mirror 2-of-3 PSBT and the matching multisig wallet. Two blank virtual Smartcards receive Ghost (PIN 1234) and Zoo (PIN 21). Mirror's seed is never stored.

    Virtual USB Connection Use this browser simulator with a compatible desktop companion app.

    Specter Virtual Host creates a local connection between this simulator and a compatible companion app, such as Specter Desktop. It runs only on your computer and uses Specter DIY's official simulator port.

    1. Download and run Specter Virtual Host for your operating system. Keep its small window open.
    2. In the newly opened simulator, finish the initial wallet setup with a public test seed and reach the Applications screen. An uninitialized device has no fingerprint for Specter Desktop.
    3. Open Device settings → Communication → USB communication, enable USB, and confirm the restart.
    4. In your compatible companion app (for example, Specter Desktop), add or rescan hardware devices. The simulator appears as Specter DIY.

    The unsigned preview builds may trigger a Windows SmartScreen or macOS Gatekeeper notice. On Linux/macOS, make the downloaded file executable before running it. The bridge listens only on this computer; closing its window ends the connection.

    Restart keeps simulated flash, SD and Smartcard contents in this tab. Factory reset wipes flash and keeps peripherals. Clear, eject or reset them separately.
